Just like the guys getting out jail now, who plead guilty but DNA evidence shows they were innocent.
If the judge decides the entire case was built upon fraud false warrant (the steele dossier), it can all still be tossed, no matter what flynn pled.
Otherwise, you give way too much power to the prosecution to cheat.
