his D-line produced and he developed some kids, which is more than I saw from Ernie Nestor, despite his perceived genius.

There is a genuine failure going on with Odom. That failure is the failure to develop players between the time that they were sophomores in 2015 to seniors in 2017. That's on them and that's on Odom and staff. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's very apparent that the guys that should be leading this team, aren't. Did they not have the talent? Do they not have the desire? Are they not getting the coaching? Those are the questions to be answered.
