I thought we got a guy that would give us the best possibility of turning things around in short order given his familiarity with the team, the system, recruiting and the entire program.

I’m a big believer in continuity and the staff disruption has made his job extremely difficult, more so than I would have thought it would be. I’m not optimistic things can be turned around at this point.
