My question would be and I don’t know the answer for myself but what would constitute a ‘huge turnaround’ .

Bringing another staff means a big rebuild, I can be patient, but there’s bound to be bad losses, ect as the new guy builds this thing up again.

Problem is I can’t find even 5 wins now which would constitute at this point a ‘huge turnaround.’
