f picking up constitutional rocks until they find one they can sell to scotus while the states and citizens aren't looking and then abscond with a new power they will claim was theirs all along.

I don't get why so many people defend this on so many federal powers issues?

they always point back to some giant exercise by federalists/advocates who make massively complex contorted legal arguments to justify this federal power having "always been implied".
