Arguement that I would entertain if asked to rule on the power belonging to the Federal Government or states.
Without more, I think it should be a State issue, but it isn't given the Courts. I also think states have the right to put restrictions on other US citizens moving to their State (Yes Pickle, I understand that you believe State Governments are just as unjust as the Federal) if they desire. In fact they already do in many instances by putting restrictions on your ability to obtain work in the new state. For example, lawyers are not universally licensed to practice law in all states. Thus, it restricts the ability to relocate
