100% correct in their teachings and hence you are 100% correct in your understanding?

It may be a flaw in your position.

Don't you find it curious that so many massively educated folks disagree so vehemently about the constitution?

I do. That's why claiming you are "correct" based on your level of formal education seems a suspect approach to take here.
