Brain dead is the end term of a life and 'pulling the plug' does not change that....

a fetus is not 'brain dead' it is still developing and that brain activity WILL happen unless someone physically stops it.

Also, ending life support is 'generally' handled via an advanced directive now.... so call it suicide, not murder.
