and the natural rights you claim the violation?
As an individual your natural rights are often against my best efforts to survive and thrive. Natural rights serve the group, not the individual. If I am starving and without shelter natural rights do nothing to ensure my survival. Your natural rights would stop me from taking your food and shelter to keep my family alive. That goes against what we see in nature. Nature tends to assure that genetic lines are protected, letting my family starve does not do that.
That suggest to me that natural rights are based upon intellect not instinct.
So again if you want me to accept natural rights you will have to present a valid logical argument for them. You have not done that yet.
