indicate cerebral activity where conscious thought can be formed.

I side with those where personhood begins there and is lost when it isn't detected in older people (past birth, not elderly) due to injury, stroke, etc.

So roughly 6 weeks from conception. This puts a tiny window on when I believe abortion can be justified ok. Most women don't know they are pregnant until around then unless they are trying to have a baby and closely monitoring.
