interesting. OR statutes do not seal records for juvenile sex offenders - there's really no case. The only remedy for future actions would be to change the state law & that's not going to happen because a politician would be considered "pro sex offender" if they attempted to change the law. Even if it were sealed, there's a decent chance that someone close to the victim would have eventually outed him.

The OP is just more inane corky ramblings - referring to comments from OSU fans that were critical of the paper for publishing...the rest of the country sees nothing wrong with publishing public information.
