In most cases, however, a National Story is not made out of a victim that was a subject of said Juvenile Records.
Typically these records are subject to the confines of the courtroom & yes, I understand the media could & has reported about the contents of those that have been unsealed before, but typically not on this scope & not with the only reason for the disclosure being a "profile story" about the subject of the Juvenile Record, who has become a well known figure relatively speaking & is or was about to participate in an highly publicized event.
This is a unique case!
