What was written in the bible were religious tracts, interpretations of the impact of this figure. They were not HISTORY as we know it.

There is NO supporting evidence of a trial or a crucifixion. Why would there be evidence to overturn it? I offer that fact that Pilate brutally killed thousands. He didn't interview them. He had them executed. There is NO supporting evidence that Jesus was a figure of any significant note and certainly not to the Romans. He was a poor preacher from the hills.
