Not saying he has done everything exemplary with Northside, but bottom line is the end result & the fact that nobody else was doing or willing to do anything with that areas on that scope & commitment. He has also had his hiccups with business deals in the past, but still has more wins than losses & currently has some very viable business interests!

He had already made a whole lot of money long ago before any legal Northside TIF arrangements. It's not Triad vs McKee. They both were sued for colluding together & it will settle out of court.

He is legally protected personally & is about to do great with Northside after a long battle. He had great vision & it's paying off again for him:

Oh & luck is nice but a crutch for those that sit by idly (as the definition says: "with no particular purpose, reason, or foundation.")
