$500,000 bucks to move this house. I'm not exaggerating

to say this house is not worth more than 15 grand in where it sits. It is a giant wasteland that was essentially deserted in white flight by 1960, after the disaster of Pruitt Igoe in 1955. It is a giant vacant lot footprint with a few houses habitable, and the rest that are standing are vacant and literally falling down. It is an area that was occupied originally between 1870 and 1900.

You can find and buy this same type of house for under 25K in that neighborhood, no if's, and's or but's about it.

What a joke.
