I hope it all works out as wonderful as you hope but murder rates still go up, 3 blocks north and south of the vaunted Cortex is ghetto and the 2020 census will show yet again a decline in the population of the city.
Like I said, hope it all works out but it will be a flop. A well intentioned flop, but a flop. But of course, the road to hell was always paved with good intentions.
Let us know when the first grocery store that isn't a dilapidated old corner confectionery opens north of Martin Luther King and east of Grand opens. I'll swing by to see it.
