20% of year one's supposed tax revenue to move 1 house seems a little excessive. Especially for one built in 1890 and sitting in the middle of the ghetto.
The NGA already employs all those people at the site by the river.
And no one who works there lives by the NGA site now. I can't believe they will suddenly move to north St Louis. In fact, they won't.
Federal spending simply takes money from one person and spends it some place else.
