Oscar Gamble baseball card in great condition.

Anyway, it's hard to sh*t on this gain for STL. I don't think even Lewis Reed & his ilk can F this up.

A lot of the growth will be organic & a synergies we're already in place (Northside Project - I'm sure you're a big fan of McKee {scarc} - Cortex, etc.

Anyway, sure beats the hell out of being an ever evolving ghetto in that area.
