largest Federal project in Missouri & Midwest history, which will employ over 6000 of the highest educated & highest paid federal employees.
It is literally a game changer all by itself that will completely change the dynamic of that decades old deteriorating, dilapidated "wasteland," as well as, have an enormous impact of the City of STL & STL as a whole!
That said, not saying the $500k is FMV or reasonable, but the action is more than justified!!
Edit: It is also the fastest growing Federal Agency since 2008 & will continue to be for the foreseeable future!
