but it is so time consuming for the admin they usually say the hell with it because they can't get anything else done. My wife has been doing this for several years. my wife can hardly get rid of a teacher in the private school after verbalizing suicidal thoughts to the 2nd grade. her first teaching job was to replace a fired art teacher. it took the principal 2 or 3 years to get enough documentation to get rid of her.
