so many 5 and 4 stars.

Around 25 total 5 stars. Which would be approx. 25 1st round NFL draft picks. A little less than the 32 teams in the NFL.
Then about 200-250 4 stars.
The rest are 3 star or below.

I could be wrong but I always thought they had to group them around those numbers.
