attention to the ACTUAL attendance of games you'll see that it's nowhere close 10,000 (more like 500).

If that many tickets were actually "sold", then it was done so WAY in advance (and will NOT continue unless things change), or they were sold at an extremely low "fire sale" price, or it's even possible those numbers are just made up completely via "creative accounting" manipulation by the AD.
