concessions would increase by $0.5 million annual.
merchandise would increase by $3.5 million annual.
donations would increase by $15 million annual.

That's $23 million in extra revenue, by conservative estimates.

So yeah, paying an extra $2 or $3 million per year for a top coach would easily pay for itself, 10-fold in fact.
