business knowing it is subject to safety laws and then ignore them on the basis of govt laws being immoral and illegit and then hide behind that defense when you are responsible for people dying.

You focus on this guy's rights being violated by govt over his negligence. in a private law society, we'd probably have building standards and safety codes, but you utterly miss that.


Since govt exists. those codes replace what would be contract language. Again, you can't see the now for the abstract.
