My pendulum is just fine, you'r having difficulty accepting that I can understand liberty and agree with your moral position here while still rendering appropriate, objective judgment given the context in which we actually live.
Not holding the business owner accountable for his fraud on the basis of govt regulations being immoral isn't taking a stand for liberty, it's obfuscating the issue and conflating his moral error with that of the governments - both parties are wrong here, not just govt.
