You want a team that wins now. I want a team that shows progress now, and that has a chance of winning in the future.
The 24 win total that you say would earn KA year 4, is a win total that none of the past Mizzou coaches ever achieved after year 3 coaching Mizzou.

If the wings play well, then Mizzou is a grad transfer big man away from an NCAA team in year 4. Think grad transfer like what Illinois has in Thorne.

If they don't play well then tear it down and start over. It took King Rice 5 years to break 20 wins. He's one of the guys often mentioned as a possible candidate here.
