There has been a large drop in season ticket purchases this year. Without a large improvement to draw fans back in the finances are going to require a change. Not only will we be losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue from ticket sales, donations, and game day operations but keeping Kim on another year will probably require an extension for him to recruit effectively. I don't know if Sterk can sell that extension to the BOC and boosters without a substantial improvement.
