than the team we had the last couple of years. If that's the case they'll be a fun team to watch improve and grow over the course of the year.

Beyond that, if we can get to 15 wins then I'd like to see the staff given a 4th year because in year 4 there isn't really any more room for excuses for not making a postseason tournament no matter what kind of unfortunate situation you inherited as head coach.
