All of them, in fact. And you have absolutely no idea what it will take "to save Kim's job" or not.

Based on Sterk's prior experience and my assumption that he is a rational person, his default position is NOT to make a coaching change. Coaching changes are extremely disruptive. Sometimes they are unavoidable. But in this case, if things are improving, I guarantee you he is not going to change coaches. He will wait another season and see if the improvement continues.
