of good enough for Kim to keep his job whereas I said good enough to justify Kim retaining his job. The benchmark is very low at this point at MU and I think it is highly plausible that a terrible season would result in Kim retaining his job assuming he doesn't do the honorable thing and step aside.
It would be one of the most shocking stories in MU history, and I really can't think of a parallel, if we actually had a season that justified him coaching at MU beyond this season. I can't imagine it is as high as 3%, even that seems absurd. It would be the coaching miracle of the decade for him to do good enough this year with the assets on hand to erase the disaster of the last two years and give one an indication he is the right person long term to be retained.
