His methods for success at St. Mary's (specifically his heavy reliance on recruiting Australian players) wouldn't likely translate to the SEC.

He's built a nice thing at St. Mary's, and he's capitalizing on a previously untapped niche in recruiting. He should keep doing what he's doing.
