UCF, Memphis, Cincy and BYU. Florida, Ohio, Tennessee and Utah.
State populations in order: 20 million, 11 million, 7 million, and 3 million.
That would way more than double the population footprint of the conference and end talk of the Big 12's demise. It would also create a huge number of eyeballs for a Big 12 Network.
Don't underestimate how big-time cash flow from a P5 conference could help build the football and basketball programs, facilities and AD's at those schools, especially if the conference exacts a commitment from each school to do that very thing.
