One difference besides the OOC scheduling, is GP began to lose less to the lesser teams. Yet he still struggled big time against the power teams, often in blowouts.

Uncle Al couldn't beat ku but once. Altho ku did have some decent teams a year or two. Nevertheless, didn't GP have only a +1 vs ku?
