to negotiate third party nil deals for their athletes under house. this will be interesting to watch as large, rich programs like notre dame, ohio state and texas will have resources to build supporting staffs while smaller departments like boston college, nc state and purdue may not. i'm sure there will be some statement of fact about this operational area coming from the college sports commission, or not.
