There’s not really a cap since there is no cap on NIL money a player can earn. All this deal did was raise the costs with running college sports. The cheating will be legal as it will just be wrapped up in NIL deals. May be interesting to see if the super wealthy schools fund 105 scholarships where others may not waste the money on tackling dummies at the end of depth charts and urge boosters to save the money for NIL deals with the 55 to 60 players that will soak up the money.
