I'll admit I may have been trolling you a bit with the part about "it's hard to say how much credit Gates deserves for the current team, if any" lol

The points about NIL and infusing a ton of talent into the roster were genuine, but yes... he played a part in their recruitment and I certainly give him some credit for that.
