Abraham already knew what the judgment was before the men went into Sodom.

23 Then Abraham came near and said, “Will you indeed sweep away the righteous with the wicked?
According to your dumb interpretation, Abraham wouldn’t have known that because God didn’t already render judgment.
The text clearly shows God gave in to Abraham’s pleas for mercy. The story places God in an anthropomorphic judge role. God knows exactly what happened in Sodom. God lets Abraham negotiate with him to show that he is just and will not destroy the righteous.
This is what the text is about, not the literalistic nonsense you come up with.
