that it would be used to lure acc schools to the b12, not be given to underperforming programs. i can see a case where yormark goes to the media partners and negotiates a new deal based on their additions. then pays them an unequal/larger share based on the incremental increase they bring through media. this further stabilizes the conferences and brings football on par with hoops, or somewhere near.
