many - now known as the hateful 8 - disliked it but most understood it was in missouri's best interests to go to the sec with aTm. ut and ou followed.
now we see the acc in turmoil like the p12 was a year past. while the b12 has stabilized with the addition of the 4-corner schools including cu's return.
the next move will be placing prominent acc schools in one of the three remaining p3 conferences. schools like wake and bc will be left behind like oregon state and washington state.
the p3 will be labeled the academics, the semi-pros, and the leftovers.
