be an "exception" doesn't contradict anything.

In fact, it reinforces what I've said about allowing ND in because they *know* they could lobby the AAU for admittance of a school like ND. It was inevitable.

Delany made the comment I mentioned. Pretty much every assumption you've made so far has been incorrect.
