How is this to A&M's detriment? The $$$ is even, maybe more so in B1g

The cold weather is a nonfactor. A&M played in B12 for years

But getting away from texas? Certainly makes a ton of sense, esp if it can veto texas from following

Plus, the B1G has less good teams and that is especially important if SEC moves to 3 perms in a 9 games conf schedule. Otherwise it is likely stuck with ut, ou lsu arkie, two of those
