gvmt powers, every other power not listed is granted to each sovereign state.

you and i grew up in a world in which that notion was already turned on its head via unconstitutional interpretations, powers, etc - which changed the US more to a single entity "The United States" rather than "These United States".

Powers never granted to the US Fed Gvmt by the constitution (by the states who created it) are now securely and illegally owned by the feds, much to many of our chagrin.
