people (based on natural law) that the fed gvmt is expressly forbidden from infringing upon.

When the feds or states tell you they are "granting you a right" (to say, education in the state of missouri), they are actually telling you they are granting you a benefit or privilege which is derived not from your inherent being, but rather the labor and capital of others (not a right).
