people have towards racial discrimination like this.

If the tables were turned and a white AD proclaimed "we need more players with skin color that matches our fans & coaches"... there would be outrage, lawsuits, DoJ investigations, etc... no one would tolerate it.

It's illegal, it's unethical, it's tribalism at its worst.

Race should *never* be a consideration when it comes to employment practices. And for some reason, people on the left (like you it seems) don't seem to grasp that.
