(at an AD-wide meeting) that he wanted Toledo to "hire more coaches who were representative of current student-athletes."

Then shortly after, Kul was fired for not having the same skin tone as most of the players.

That's illegal racial discrimination, and Toledo needs to be held accountable for it.
