employment practices.

The complaint was filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which transferred it to the US Department of Justice, which issued a "Notice of Rights to Sue".

The DoJ should open an investigation into Toledo's AD for these alleged practices which are in violation of federal Civils Rights statutes.
