Kul is saying that is false.

The statement at the AD wide meeting was not specifically said towards him.

Nobody is arguing that the AD never said those statements about the coaches being more representative of student athletes.

While I believe Kul has a good case, it's not as simple as whether or not the AD said those comments or not. There is also the matter of whether he retaliated against the AD employee after she complained about his "fancy pants" remark.
