1. Figure out the defense. It’s been bad both seasons. Is it scheme? Or talent related? Consistently good teams defend well.
2. Related to 1. Address the rebounding issue.
3. Retain key players
4. Develop those players.
5. Fill holes at PG and PF through the portal.
6. Have a couple freshmen that can contribute. Boateng, Allen and Marshall are my bets
