Head. Even though in his worst season he won 5 conference games and throughout his tenure dealt with a ton of injuries to his best players. Not saying he was great, just pointing out the bi-polar nature of the Mizzou fan base on every coach we have hired since Norm (except KA, everyone thought he sucked from the get go)
