He had to hit a home run in the portal, which didn’t happen. Thats why preseason projections had Mizzou around 17 wins and somewhere between 7th and 10th in the SEC.

Then the injuries were added on top of that.

The team also blew a couple games that they shouldn’t have.

Added all up and you have a very bad season.
